Saffana Monajed
Communication strategist

I’m supposed to tell you that I’ve worked with some of the best in the sector—Doctors without Borders, Reaching Higher, Football Beyond Borders, etc... I’m also meant to let you know that I helped guide their comms teams through messy transitions, growth moments, and clarity crises.

But I just want you to know these 3 things

  1. this guide distils everything I’ve learned + applied so far (35+ books and 10+ years of media, marketing + comms), for less than half the cost of hiring a consultant 1:1.

  2. I wouldn’t have created this (and put a huge picture + video of my face) if I didn’t think it would work - so I’m offering a 100% money back guarantee if you don’t like it

  3. I am trying to get as many brownie points for living as possible, and helping NGOs scale their impact is a FANTASTIC way to do it. No?

So both personally and professionally, I HIGHLY recommend this process. It’s transformed the comms of some phenomenal teams and I get really awesome feedback.

  • The audit was invaluable to understanding all the pitfalls of our current messaging, order of information and how we position ourselves with our audience.

FAQs

  • Every last slide and every last word. I created the curriculum, I picked the examples and I omitted the bits that didn’t work.

Everything short of the testimonials has come directly from having worked with NGOs and trying (and failing) when it comes to rebooting their comms.

  • Yes. I am so sure that it is awesome and it will work, that if you don’t like it within 1 week, I will give you your money back. I will likely ask why, incase I can change something. But that’s about it.

I don’t like uncertainty in professional settings. So I wont do that to you.

  • If you opt for the subscription or are in one of the Cohorts throughout the year, you will get access to a community of others who are going through the same process. You’ll be able to learn from others as they go through the process.

I recommend learning from the experiences of others as it gives a contrasting perspective that could cement some learnings.

  • If you don’t limit this to a specific time, you’ll likely never get it done. So give it 6 weeks to go through the learnings and implement them so you’ve got a solid foundation to re-do your comms in the future if you need (which I doubt) .
